Gross Trading Card and Stickers Hall of Fame
Number 10- Weird Ball
Weird Ball seems like a strange knockoff of Mad Balls but in trading card form. These cards showcase a collection of offbeat sports and their equally eccentric players, where the rules are unconventional and the gameplay is as disgusting as it is preposterous.
Number 9- Zero Heros
Zero Heroes introduces us to a world where ordinary objects become extraordinary champions in the most unexpected ways. Get ready to witness the rise of these unlikely heroes, who prove that even the smallest and most overlooked things can make a big impact. These heroes are sticky, stinky, slimy, and rude.
Number 8- Weird Wheels
Buckle up and get ready for a wild ride with Weird Wheels stickers from Topps. Enter a realm where ordinary vehicles are transformed into extraordinary, wacky, and downright bizarre modes of transportation. These insane hot rods are piloted by the most deplorable drivers defying all expectations.
Number 7- Mars Attacks
Mars Attacks cards capture the essence of this extraterrestrial assault, with each card depicting thrilling scenes of destruction, terror, and epic battles. The artwork is a fusion of vivid colors, explosive action, and gruesome details, transporting you to a futuristic landscape where humanity's fate hangs in the balance.
Number 6- Grossville High
Each Grossville High sticker captures their unique quirks and revolting charm, bringing them to life in all their hilariously repulsive glory. They remind us that laughter comes in many forms, and sometimes the silliest and most revolting things can bring the biggest smiles.
Number 5- Nasty Tricks
This collection of stickers is brimming with outrageous pranks and practical jokes. Each Nasty Tricks card or sticker features a disgusting gag that sets the stage for mischief. I only wish I knew about these stickers when I was an impressionable young boy.
Number 4- Trashcan Trolls
Imagine stumbling upon a trash can, only to discover that it's not filled with rubbish but instead serves as a hideout for a mischievous troll clan. Topps attempted to outdo themselves and their massively popular Garbage Pail Kids and Although these abominations never caught on they rank pretty high on our list based on the gross-out factor alone.
Number 3- Baseball’s Greatest Grossouts and Awesome Allstars (Tie)
America's favorite pastime collides with outrageous humor and over-the-top antics. These two brands are so close in appearance we let them share the number three spot. Each set includes a lineup of bizarre players whose appearances would make your jaw drop or possibly fall right off. Reminding us that even the beloved game of baseball can go wonderfully weird and wrong.
Number 2- Wacky Packages
Picture yourself strolling through the aisles of a bizarre supermarket, where the shelves are lined with boxes and packages that bear a striking resemblance to their real-life counterparts. But don't be fooled by the familiar logos and brand names, for within each package lies a witty twist that turns the mundane into the absurd and often grotesque.
Number 1- Garbage Pail Kids
It’s no surprise to find this motley crew of pint-sized troublemakers at the top of our list, with their exaggerated features that border on the absurd. Bulbous noses, gnarled teeth, and googly eyes that seem to have a mind of their own Garbage Pail Kids are the most infamous of all of the gross stickers we’ve seen so far.
That’s it for this week’s newsletter. Next week on my YouTube channel we’ll be unwrapping some of these vile and vulgar stickers live! Subscribe to the channel so you don’t miss it.
